needs major upgrades Internet didn’t work, no hot water, dust and spider webs in kitchen, stains in carpet, unpleasant smell throughout building. Stayed one night and ask for refund, but they accommodated by changing my room. Still no perfect, but met my needs to get me through the other 3 days.

Overall this hotel Is a great place however the staff is running the business in the ground ! Iris Todd Is the manger and her service was terrible! There was a sign on the door stating that the water would be off from 8am-10am BUT IT STAYED OFF Close To 11pm ! The water was brown once it came on , the front desk didn’t have any clean laundry! There were small roaches in the room !

Terrible hotel charged me 3 different times for the same room, and when I called, they are refusing to give me back my money

Scam Booked this hotel for my work crew online. First week perfect stay, second week perfect stay. I need the room for 2 more nights Sunday and Monday. Booked it online just like the other 2 weeks. My guys get a knock on the door Monday morning that they needed to put a Credit card On file for damages immediately or leave. The management was aggressive with getting them out of the room. My work crew don’t have credit cards. The hotel did not require a credit card on file the previous 2 weeks. They would not let me use the co... read more

Room was not very clean, lights were missing, nothing in the room/had to go to front desk for everything, bums hanging at back entrance, fights in and outside of place, everything was closed/not in use(guessing covid/but not told before hand)

Don’t go here. It’s gross. It smelled gross. Front desk was nice though.

Too much traffic going in and out. Very rude and unknowledgeable employees.

Mattress reeked of urine after we had already slept on it we had to throw those clothes away. Discussed it with the manager, so we were moved to another room. Went to 3 different rooms before we were put in an “acceptable” room with a stuffy smell and messed up shower. Overall, terrible experience with the exception of the help from the staff and manager. They were wonderful!

AVOID PROPERTY very disappointed! arrived tired after 12 hours driving unpacked settled in and turned on TV. no sound coming from TV. called desk and was told maintenance left at 5 Pm but they could switch our room. waited 30 minutes for call back and nothing. then tried to connect on free offered wifi, no wifi but were told we could buy an upgradded connection. next morning at check out asked to talk to the mgr. regarding a room charge adjustment and was told the mgr. would be in an hour and they would call. you guessed it,... read more
