Squeaky floors The room above me has Squeaky floors So at 5 am I was woken up both morning. Not good.

The customer service was great. But the rooms need a major update. The tubs were filthy, room smelled musty and halls were filled with pot smell which came under our door and made it smell like it too. Our 3yr and 8yr were very uncomfortable. Our 3yr old was scared to even get in floor. We stayed one night and got our money back for 2nd night and went somewhere else.

There were a lot of fallen trees and brush upon arrival, but it was quickly removed. The halls were quite noisy late at night.

The shower in my first room would not go off! After hours they finally moved me and my children at 3 am

Room was unrefundable and cut off for check in is midnight. No leeway at all for possible traffic delays. Unacceptable! Will never reserve with this chain again

bad area and room is not clean

The hotel room smelled like locker room. The staff was never at the counter and had an attitude to help.They offered a free breakfast and free breakfast was hot water and with prepackaged oatmeal This was not worth the 150.00 I paid for room. I would not recommend this hotel to my own worst enemy.

I was disappointed the couch bed was not made and I had to go down to the front desk to get sheets. I asked for a blanket and pillows and the gentleman at the front desk said they had none.
