The worst hotel ever. I canceled for the second night and I am trying to get my money back for the night I stayed. It was not clean and there was pubic hair all in our room and on our "clean" towels. We also saw several roaches in our room.The amount of weed we could smell in our room was awful. The whole hotel was filthy and disgusting. I have never left a negative review before, but I want others to be aware.

Stay away! Our room was mediocre at best to begin with. It smelled like urine...we were in a pet-friendly room but have not had this issue at any other hotels. The next morning we realized the shower did not work. When I tried to call the front desk, there was no phone cord attached to the room phone. We went by the desk twice to report the issues and there was no one at the desk either time. So we headed out. I could smell pot when I checked in and in the hallways. They put me in a room that was as far away from the elevator as it could be. There was no trash basket in any area of my room. The vending machine room and laundry area had a door handle that wouldn't open. It seems that they have alot of welfare people living there, hanging around in their cars and outside. I didn't feel particularly safe.

There was no manager on site. There was only one (brand new) employee working at the time. It took her a while to get me checked in. She gave me keys to a room that someone was already in. Thank goodness they were not in the room when I walked in. All other rooms were booked and I had to wait for a room to become available. I came in town for a wedding and I missed the wedding because I had to wait so long for a check in and room correction.
