Evacuation Evacuation with my elderly parents , kids and our dog. Charged me to check in early after I explained our situation. If the room was ready and you see where I’m from and have elderly people and kids with me….seriously. Again I’m not asking for a free room, just waive the fee. Not family friendly The entire hallway outside of our room smelled like marijuana and our actual room smelled like urine. Front desk staff was slow to help with check in, questions, and anything in general. People congregate outside in the parking lot and hang out and play music. Made us worry about our vehicle. Would not recommend. Ended up having to book a different hotel for that night.

Very poor They gave my room away and we had to travel an extra 6 hours to our destination.

AVOID extended stay hotels Disgusting stained broken pull out bed. Burn holes in couch and in bathroom. Room smelled like old food and the stove didn’t work properly. Room key had to be redone everyday of our stay and the staff was not helpful or friendly about any of the problems

The room door was open when we got there. The odor should have been a clue. When we opened the couch bed there was urine that had soaked through the back side. We left abs was told we would be refunded. Have not been yet
