Extended Stay Memphis Carpets in hallways were dirty. Three disabled customers were assigned room at furthest point from elevator. Only one luggage cart. Room was not cleaned. Phone did not work. Toilet seat was swinging around. No dishes in unit. Note was left the night before checkout telling us to call the desk for dishes. We got the note, but the room wasn't cleaned. Upon arrival, the pool was off. We have to be change of bedroom two time. First because cause it’s smell smokeOn the month is a first time to the influence of water. Second because we have water a lot of water on the floor. Nobody has come to see what’s going on. We had to wipe the water with our towels. They no longer had clean towels to replace. The smell of marijuana was lingering in the hallways. The breakfast was almost absent. No more coffee, no more muffins. Only hot water and tender bars. Nobody wants to refund us.

A nightmare Horrible, my reservation was not honored. I was told I could get a double or go elsewhere to stay. I assisted my daughter to her room and it was a horrible mess. Photos attached. I have attempted to reach out to the manager and to Corporate but no one will answer. However, my debit card was still charged $100.68. After, I asked if I could cancel without any penalties and was told yes and no charges will I have to pay.

This stay was miserable. The room smelled of mold or mildew. The sheets were dirty and reeked of strong men’s cologne. Honestly, it smelled bad and the air conditioning motor buzzed all night long. No sleep. I almost slipped on a wet floor because the carpet was wet. I checked out immediately the next day. Will not stay here again.

No room at the Inn We didn't get a chance to stay. We reserved a room through the Hotels.com app, but when we arrived, they had already given our room to someone else and there were no other rooms to accomadate our family. We traveled all day from Kansas City, MO to Memphis. We were delayed several hours by severe weather in Arkansas. All we wanted to do was to get some sleep before continuing our journey. I didn't like anything about this hotel stay. Staff unfriendly, not clean, not the regular items in room like hair dryer. Grab and go breakfast (what a joke), could have included a few more items other than granola bars and oatmeal. Oatmeal is hardly grab and go. Parking lot needs repair. It was not a pleasant experience.

Do not stay here! Stopped here while driving home from vacation. Terrible “hotel”! The lamp was broken. We had no trash can. The toilet seat was loose. The remote didn’t work. Pretty sure there was mold in the bathroom. Left before breakfast. Awful!
