Very upset our room was infeated with cockroaches was moved 3 times to the same finding of cockroaches! General manager had no other solution to this problem but to say there is nothing they could do! Very disappointing

They did not honor our reservation We reserved a room through Hotels.com, but when we arrived, the hotel did not honor our reservation! Not only did they not provide us with a place to stay for the night, but they still charged us for the room anyway. When I realized this happened, I called the corporate office to complain, but so far they have not called me back or done anything to refund my money.

NASTY The rooms are filthy , moved to a second room, worse than the first, black mold on lamp shades, fleas, so humid in the room our sheets and clothes were actually wet, condensation on door, breakfast was a joke, box of granola bars, out of coffee, sooo much wrong cant even out it all down RUN this place is horrible,

Where do i start! The whole hallway smelled of marijuana and cigarettes, when it clearly states NO SMOKING!!. The beds are uncomfortable, there was mildew on the lamp shades. It was hard to sleep when it sounds like a whole family of elephants are stomping above you. My husband mentioned this to the counter lady, and she didn't say one word about it. So overall NO I wouldn't stay here again and I am not picky.

Just awful They didn’t have a front desk clerk. I didn’t get the room that i booked and was downgraded. My key only worked for one night and i booked two nights. I paid for a sofa bed and i was told i couldn’t get sheets for it til the next morning. Just was horrible

ROACHES BUGS & NASTINESS DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! Hotels.com should remove this hotel from their options as this place is not only dirty and bug invested it is moldy as well. It looks nice from the outside but step into your room and bugs will fall on you as you walk through your room door. There were bugs crawling on the walls, ants dead and alive crawling on the counters then I rounded the corner to the beds and watched a roach crawl across the bed. Property was old and noisy. Poor amenities and evening/overnight staff had poor customer service.

The whole place looked dirty and at check in the person at the front desk hard a hard time finding our room. The room that was given to us had a broken AC. It was another 30 minutes to find us a replacement room.
