Never again Our non smoking room smelt like an ash tray. They were bugs in the room. The pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable. Floors were so nasty my kids feet were black. We were given a hard time when we asked for more towels and wash clothes. Even though there were six of us in the room and only had 3 towels and 1 washcloth. And they only had oatmeal and grits for breakfast.

Never will stay at this hotel again. We were not informed of pool being closed. Kids were upset. Toilet seat was broken. No stopper in the bath tub. Bug smashed stuck on the wall. When we needed services or have questions, nobody would come to the desk. Barely any food for breakfast. Never again!!!!!

The property was not clean, room was not very clean. Mouse dropping’s in the cabinets. The pool was advertised but not open.

On May 24 around 3:48 PM a fire alarm went off at the Extended Stay and the staff did not knock on doors to tell everyone to evacuate. I asked the housekeeper did we need to evacuate her response was I don't know. When I when outside I saw all the staff members outside in the parking lot.Staff members need to be trained on how to evacuate the premises in case of emergency. This is by far the worst stay I have ever had. Upon arriving, I waited (literally) 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk, at 10 pm! Once the attendant arrived and found my booking, he asked me to wait while he ran to the room to make sure it was clean, and he mentioned that housekeeping had reported rooms clean and ready that were not. Another 5 minutes and I was in the room. In the morning I found the shower/tub non-functional and I was unable to shower. Pitiful showing for a national brand.
