Was surprised to not be able to pay with cash. No cups in rooms. the breakfast was terrible. will not stay in Extended Stay ever again. had to use credit card to by drinks and snacks.

Arrived in town early in the morning on a day that snowed. Got settled into our room and tried to used the room heater and it kept making a loud noise. Had to re-pack to move into another room while walking through the halfway it reaked with the smell of marijuana.

Unclean the room sheets and pillows are smells really bad

I was So Glad to Leave The facility is difficult to get to off of the Interstate. The most direct route requires a u-turn at a busy stoplight. We were charged a price higher than what had been quoted to us. The toilet seat was broken. The "Grab and Go" breakfast should be called the "Sad and No" breakfast because there was only coffee and granola bars. I do not think they are used to having just one-night stay guests. The network television channel we wanted to watch did not come in on their TVs.

I love the location. But the smell of mildew and used towel hanging in bathroom. No toilet tissue I asked for cookware never received it

Stingy with the linens. 3 face towels for 2 adults to use for several days. Wet spot under bottom stairs and stairways smelled of urine.

The one and only staff member we could find was very nice but obviously overwhelmed! The lobby looked nice and gave a good first impression. But it stoped there. I don't believe a non smoking room exists! The minute we got off the elevator, you could smell smoke from cigarettes and more! The shower did not work properly, room was not well maintained, had cigarette burns on furniture, and we couldn't even get proper linens or pillows for the pull out sofa. Cockroach in the bathtub. A hole on the wall. One of the burners inthe kichen is not working. No bed sheet, pillows and blanket in the room for the sofa bed. Everuthing looks outdated.
