The property was dirty and unkept. The hallways were dirty and was not cleaned for the three days I stayed. The room across from me put a trash bags in the hallway for pick up and it was there at 2 of the days. No amenities in the room and the closet in my room had brown shelf and holes in the wall. Last of all I was checking under my bed for items and found two used condoms disgusting!

The location is not great but it isn't bad either. The hotel is far from the city center, but it's closed to shopping center. The breakfast is very basic: coffee, tea, cold muffins and granola bars. I expect to have better than that. The receptionist is polite but it's hard to see them on the desk. You need to make a noise to attract them from their hiding office, which is very annoying. The toilet seat broken, light in bath not working, smell of pet in room from previous person. Bfast , well coffee and oat meal in bags

We got there to no bedding or towels. I immediately found a bug in the bathroom sink. Hair was all in the tub, then found a huge dead bug in the nightstand drawer. None of the vending machines worked, so we were just thirsty all night. The rack in the closet was literally hanging by a thread. Parts were already falling off. Also, it was a huge bummer there was no TV in the bedroom. Huge disappointment.

Toilet wouldn't flush didn't realize iit until overnight when we got there at 3am but I reported aand was offered a $7 discount from GM which was bull crap I didn't except that offer

Thanksgiving weekend The extended stay does not have housekeeping on the weekend so we had to take our own towels down and swap for fresh ones, along with no room cleaning. They only had coffee. The pick up and go was granola bars or little muffins. My last issue was my room smelled like cigarette smoke..I made sure to tell the desk so I wouldn't get charged. The area was perfect, easy access to everything! I will book through hotels.com again, but not stay at this location.

This is my first review ever, on any site. I have to do this review because in my entire life this was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. There was an open prescription pill bottle..**with pills in it**.. On the floor in the room- my wife and I had our young children with us.. There was dust build up and spider webs on both of the beds headboard and the lamp. There was a huge dead bug in the window. The towels were stained.
