The room was poorly maintained . The bathroom the toilet seat was up the shower was very old and unpleasant. The sofa in the living room was old the cushions were old and uneven.

This was, by a large margin, the most disgusting hotel I have stayed in. The towels in our room were all dirty and/or badly stained and soiled. They also smelled terrible. The pull out mattress had blood on it from what one could only assume from someone’s time of the month that leaked onto the bed. The primary bed was very worn and uncomfortable. Stay Somewhere Else!! Christopher and Erik were so nice!!! But that's the end of the positive statements. The place was dirty! My feet were sticking to the floor, and when I looked at them, they were black! I had walked from the front door to the bathroom, and my feet were just black! There is no room service, the breakfast is packaged junk, the bathtub and sink areas are not cleaned properly (we found all kinds of debris on the counters and floors), and there were chunks of food on the cabinets and eating area. Had some trouble with check in. The floor was sticky, the shower head was broken, there was something gooey on the nightstand handle, the drain in the sink wouldn’t stay open, the towels were stained, the air conditioner leaked water, and there was no dresser or cabinet for clothes. The staff was friendly though.

Our room didn't have clean towels. I went to the front desk and got some. Dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. Old food left in the microwave. Side of the refrigerator next to microwave filthy. Hair in the shower area. Was told the rooms were only cleaned every two weeks. Staff was very nice.
