There were multiple vehicles broken into in the parking lot of the hotel. There needs to be security 24/7

Numerous vehicles had broken out windows and items stolen, stairwell was full of urine and smelled of urine, room was dirty and smelled of urine, room door wouldn’t shut completely.

The entire hotel smelled of marijuana smoke- rooms, elevator and lobby.

Tub issues Went to take a bath and could not get the water to come out of the tub other than a trickle. Tried everything for 15 mins and since I had gotten in very late and was tired went to bed after sponging in the sink. The next morning I told the desk clerk and she said “everyone has trouble with our tubs. It’s complicated to get the water on right. You should have called us”. Bad hotel experience in Memphis Pretty dirty, hole in the wall in the bathroom, shower didn’t work
