Check your room before you unpack This site was definitely not clean. We found articles such as dirty socks and earring backs in our “clean” room on the floor. We had been driving most of the day and within minutes of taking his shoes off, his socks were coated with dirt and hair. The pull-out mattress was stained and had debris on it. The hotel had clearly marked signage about a 10 point cleaning system that was not being adhered to. So I didn’t know this was not a regular hotel. It has another set of rules and conditions that you don’t find out about until you get there. The staff is actually super friendly and nice. The supposed one bedroom suite I had only had one tiny tv in it that barely got any channels. You also have a lot of people hanging around the property that isn’t to advertising. I don’t think I will go back to this one.

Exterior is okay. Lobby smells like weed, as if someone had been smoking it in the lobby. Room was terribly filthy. Splatters of food and rust was very apparent immediately of walking in the door of the room. It was obvious that the bedding had not been changed since the previous guest. Not what I am used to with Extended Stay America I should have known from the beginning that this was not what I expected from Extended Stay when I was told that if I needed plates, a coffee maker, cups, etc., I would have to get them from the front desk. Didn’t enjoy my stay here. Our tv didn’t work, the staff was disorganized and our key stopped working.

I didn't like anything about this property. It was in the back of other buildings in a secluded cove with limited lighting. Didn't feel safe. The doors to the hotel were always open. Anyone could just walk in. No one was ever at the front desk. The door knob to the bathroom was falling off and water in the shower was always running.
