Mala en eñ No estaba limpia, tampoco tenían platos, cubiertos, sartenes,vasos, nada para utilizar la cocina. Ósea pague por cocina y no la pude utilizar, consulte y me indicaron que no tenían. El desayuno pésimo nunca lo vi, solamente el café pero un día ya no tenían y eran las 745 am. Tampoco nos dieron jabones o shampoo para bañarnos, el papel higiénico solamente uno, entonces para 4 personas todos los días tenía que pedir. La ubicación

Fair The housekeeper never came by to give us clean laundry or never stopped by every morning to check in to see if we needed anything basically it was really no house keeper anywhere to be found. It’s was okay but it didn’t give what I thought it was gonna give.

Bad No me gustó nada del hotel El Lobby estaba sucio La atención fue pésima Las habitaciones no son como en las fotos Las fotos no concuerdan con la realidad de lo q es el hotel. Muy mala atención al público Las habitaciones huelen a humedad y a cigarro .

I will not stay there again or recommend. My flight was delayed, and I called the front desk to let them know, when I got there the front desk person did not pick up the phone. I had to call six times before someone came to the phone and open the door. There were black cats everywhere in the urine from the cat was very strong throughout the whole property.
