pathetic First no one was at the reception at 11:00 pm and there were no utensils, coffee maker in the room and when I called aroud 12 in night for after hour services. Someone picked the phone but never spoke. and after I called again and again no one picked the phone. I booked a room with kitchen for it to be utilized but there were no utensils and even after calling and asking when I was out for site seeing they said please come and collect from the front desk. Disappointing As soon I walked in no remote for the tv, the bed sheets were stained and dirty, the room had a weird smell The only think I liked was the person at the check in he was very kind and helped me to get a remote for the room

Budget motel that needs renovation The hotel didn’t respond to booking.com messages, I couldn’t proceed neither with a special request, nor with a booking extension. Breakfast has only muffins and instant oatmeal to eat. They do have a kitchen, but it is not equiped with cutlery, plated, cups and glasses. You need to ask for them at the reception, but there were none available when I did so. Old tv, no netflix or youtube. Close to the airport, easy access to the bus. AC was working well. Calm and green area. Internet was ok.

Awful cheapstake hotel that doesn't care for guests' needs. No housekeeping No breakfast that was promised and charged us for Dirty worn down bath tub No kitchen items that I paid for, none in stock No extra blankets upon request Old malfunctioning stovetops No coffee maker, hairdryer Barely any complimentary soaps etc. Employees seem like they don't know what's going on Overall FALSE advertising Soft mattresses OK AC

Bad Not clean. Bathroom shower was disgusting and could not use shower. Mold in bathroom. Floor was filthy. Continental breakfast room was disgusting. Nothing.

Very Poor
Poor The hotel is very basic, and dated. I guess it’s fine for one night on way to the airport, our room also had a strange smell and was extremely noisy in the rain. Staff were helpful and friendly.
