I admit it--I'm spoiled by nice convention hotels. We needed a pet friendly (options limited) place in our community for 3-4 nights while our home was out of commission for remodeling--already spending a bundle on that stuff, would rather not add excessively to the total--options limited again. First off, booking process thru expedia is wierd, had to update app twice, re-register with different email, it was clumsy to have to make changes through the app vs directly with the desk... Bad hotel Front desk staff not happy to see us, made us feel like we were interrupting her phone surfing. The breakfast is pretty much non existent. They ran out at 730am though breakfast ends at 9am. The room we got was very rundown And who charges $1 for every call made, whether it connected or not?
