Good The people at the desk were very helpful, they checked us in 1 hour early But the washroom had NO lights, we mentioned this to them but they couldn’t fix it It was one night stay so we lived with it

Reasonably priced and fairly conveniently located. The property is somewhat run down. The first room I had reeked of cigarette smoke and had one cabinet door literally hanging on by one hinge. The second room smelled cleaner, but the towel rack had been ripped off the wall. The complimentary breakfast was a joke - a credenza in the tiny entrance lobby with two Keurig style coffee machines, and they put out granola bars, cellophane wrapped muffins, and instant oat meal packets. When I got to my room, it smelled horribly like smoke. I also tried to turn on the AC unit and it made a loud gunshot noise and steam started pouring out of it. I called the front desk to complain and they immediately were super apologetic and gave me a new room. Staff was helpful and friendly and resolved the situation within minutes. The second room was clean and there were no further issues.
