The room smelled really bad and I look under the bed and there was a moldy apple or tomato I don’t know!! I grabbed it and it was black and the floor had it indented into the floor!!! It also had about 20 wrappers from various food. When I brought it to the desk they had an attitude and just told me that they didn’t have adequate staffing. I had Expedia cancel my stay

Not clean and front desk staff not good service

The room had a kitchenette, which is good, But the whole third floor corridor smelled of the competing foods guests had cooked. And the floor of the room was definitely dirty.

Stay away The room that we booked was not available. Took the next best room option available that the hotel representative said was ready. That room smelled like a dog kennel. Asked for another room. The room we were given had a microwave that sparked fire, the curtains were deeply stained, the bottom of the bed was falling apart, and there were visible patch up jobs around the room from holes in the wall. We left we the kids to try to find other accommodations at 12am (our flight arrived to the airport at 1030pm).

The bathroom was dirty. Holes in the wall,The bathroom Door was broke got stuck in there had to have my husband come open it. There was two things for breakfast one breakfast bar and a couple oatmeal. No French vanilla and ask the front staff if the was any and was very rude and said I guess I could go check and see. Never will return to your property.
