It took over 5 minutes to get someone to come check us in, then we got into the room and the toilet was full of toilet paper and plugged. I went to the front desk and they gave me a plunger and told me to bring it back.... Then I went to get in the shower and the bathroom shower did not have a shower curtain. At that point I was completely fed up so I did not go back to ask for a shower curtain, I showered without one. Overall, not great.

Vending machine was broke. Couples FIGHTING, ARGUING right under window till after 2am. Toilet would not flush.

I think that there are some gnats or flies that are in the room, and I don't know where they are coming from. In addition, several times there is nobody to assist you when you need their help, and I have had to wait for someone to help me, because the person they do have there can't help me.

Convenient location with quick access to multiple freeways making it easy to navigate your way around the Twin Cities. There is no breakfast sitting area and all breakfast and coffee was empty by 8:30 and not replenished thereafter. There is laundry facilities but no detergent sold on-site. There is a shopping center right down the road and plenty of places to eat so you don't have to travel far for either.

Never again. Well for $67 a night on a Saturday i knew there was going to be some issues but i didnt think cleanlyness was going to be one of them. Ok so the bed wasnt bad, wasnt great but was bad for comfortness. But the matress protector was nasty. Stains on the sheets, 1 sheet to cover up with. Bathroom strands of hair on the soap. Floor gross. Floor under sink looks like it hasnt bern cleaned in a long time. Also just didnt feel safe. It was bad.
