Booked a room and when I arrived to the hotel was met by a crabby front desk person who informed me there were no rooms left. After telling me this she walked away.

Room was very dirty shower was disgusting and not clean garbage can had old garbage in it and very dusty wouldn’t advise to stay

When I arrived the front desk, no staff service and can not reach till 21 mins later, the staff was late to on duty!! Same as I check out, also nor staff on duty and also can not reach! The room floor is sticky, the toilet is not fully clean.

Homeless Hotel This is the worst hotel I ever got using Hotels.com. The starter was the night desk crew. I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes, another person was waiting who said they had been waiting close to 10 minutes. When he showed up he told the other guy the "third person booking site should have never sent him to stay here. We had 1 bath towel in the room. In the SEVEN nights, we stayed there was no maid service, no fresh towel service. There is no garbage service. I never saw anyone vacuum the hallway. The Breakfast i... read more
