The front desk staff are doing a good job of saving the hotels image. Although they claim that all the rooms are nonsmoking, the smell from previous smoking conditions is still very strong. We also stayed in dirty and dusty room for three days without linens replacement or cleaning. We had to clean our room and had to buy toiletries.

Some towels stained, bathtub surface peeling, uncomfortable smell in kitchen, said late checkout ok--then rushed out earlier. Bed older, but ok. Some difficulty accessing.
