Staff was very helpful and kind. The bathroom door in our room wouldn’t close but everything was clean.

Location was Prime. Front Desk staff was extremely helpful and quick to assist with anything I needed.

The staff were not very personable. When asked for more pillows the first time they stated to come back and they will have them. I went back twice with staff telling me they haven't been up to get them. The 3rd time I went back staff stated they would bring them to the room and NEVER did!!!! Tv wasn't working and they wouldn't fix it.

I stayed at this place on 3 days and they didn';t serve the new towel on 2 days.
