I like the convenience of the shopping around you. You never had to pay an arm leg for an Uber to go anywhere for something that you needed because it was just all there.

No one was at the front desk when I got there. There a post-it note saying they were "checking the property and would be back by 4:15 or sooner.". At 4:35 an employee pulled into the parking and had to hop the counter in order to get setup.

I reserved this room late due to my flight being delayed. I got to the property and no one was around to get me the room I paid for. I contacted the customer service number they tried to call someone there and no answer. I had to go and find a new hotel. Now this hotel chain and this 3rd party booking company will not refund the whole cost due to the hotel saying I was a "no show."
