The room was filthy. Hair & dirt everywhere. Terrible odor in the room and hallways. Pay a little more and stay elsewhere.

Everything was broken and stains. Hotel didn’t seem to care, I will never stay there again.

The smell is horrible in the rooms & there were bugs! Staff was nice but that’s the ONLY positive about this place.

Line of people checking in taking longer with just one staff. When we got to our room it wasn’t clean yet with dirty towels by the sink, open water bottles and the room smell so bad like a musty smell. We got another room but the office chairs in there were so dirty!

Very bad customer service. We booked 2 nights, the room was not cleaned fully when we checked in, pop splattered on the outside of the tub, bed messy, kitchen floor sticky and there was a bad odor in the room. We asked the staff to clean the room and they said they would but never did. Then 430 am we are woke up by the smoke alarm beeping because the battery is going bad a constant chirp in regular intervals.
