Hotel is not up to standard offerings elsewhere. Beds were nice but that is all. Property is old and tired. TV was dated and furniture in the room was dated.

Staff was accommodating to desire for a late check out. However, damp towels were awaiting my in the bathroom.

There was only 1 pillow on the bed, which was very hard. The bed was hard. Did not get a good nights sleep.

Inconsistent in pricing The hotel Clerk at 5:20pm was curtious & polite, very busy. I used Expedia to book, it said may be a pet charge. When I checked in the clerk knew I had a 10 week old puppy... Said there was no charge. The next morning Early, I drove my friend to the United Pain Center (that is why we stayed there). I came back (I had the puppy with me on the drive). You can do worse Worst bed we have ever slept on. Three nights and room service never cleaned the room once. Continental Breakfast, just Coffee, Muffin, Oatmeal or Granola Bar. Inquiring about late checkout that was requested three months in advance scoffed at. You can do better.

Misleading at best My room was poorly managed and cleaned. It’s as if someone was in my room the day before because there is forks and sauce packets from various restaurants.. and the bedding was absolutely dirty and unclean..
