Extremely dirty room , floor was so dirty I had to place towels on the floor so I would not transfer it to the bed , cigarette butts were left in the shower , floor and toilet dirty .. large hole in the bathroom door .. complained to the staff , they said they would contact and clean it next day , followed up next day and was told manager would contact me .

This hotel needs to verify with every hotel guest that they close the office or check in at 11pm. I find this to be very inconvenient for guests that don’t get to check in at 3:00pm, but later in the day and have to call a third party to notify a worker to check them in at the later hours. Our light switch wasn’t working properly, our window blinds didn’t have a string to pull the blinds down all the way. Our bathroom didn’t have shampoo or conditioner. Jump over this This place is not worth it, the room was not clean. They checked me in a dirty room Including the bathroom. The floor was horribly dirty.

Please do not go to this hotel. Manager charged my credit card evenso it was prepaid by expedia! Very dirty, smells terrible...

I went ti check in amd they haf no rooms even tbougj i had reservations. It was like its a hostile not a hotel and it was disgusting. I staying at a Hamptob Inn instead thsnkfully they had a room through a friends hilton honors.
