They don't clean well. You ask nicely and basically they don't have time

Beware Staff was rude and entire place was dirty. The halls smelled of smoke and bedding was stained. We immediately moved to an Airbnb.
The room was dirty. Not room I booked online. Thumb tack st7ck in wall that my 1 yr old grand daughter found. Dirt in corners. Trash under bed. Hair in tub. I have pics of it all. Never stay there. Really dirty and staff dont care.

I stayed in room 208. The bathroom sink is broken. The floors were dirty. They don't provide clean towels. There are no hangers to hang coats. The bathroom door looks like someone stabbed it several times with a knife. Hallway to the stairs were not swept daily. I will never stay there again while visiting Mpls.

It’s was a horrible experience, it was a dirty room and finding out they only clean bi weekly made it even worse. Tried calling someone who was on after hours but no one was there to pick up the phone so we decided to get a different hotel. The next day we came back to talk to the front desk about the situation and get our money back they told us we that they already checked us out cause they went to look at the room and no one was in it. Would not recommend! The stay was not so good. The room was not clean and I had to do some cleaning. There was urine on the toilet seat, residue on the towel hanger, and the TV remote was dusty. I would not recommend this stay. The hotel also smelled of smoke.
