Front desk staff notified us that we would not have a refrigerator in our room and that a credit was issued to our room. No credit has been issued. The floor was dirty, there were dead bugs on the floor, and there were no trash cans, no shampoo, and no hair dryer in the room.

The room was dirty, blow dryer did not work, the bed was without a blanket and when I requested one, was told there was not a clean one available, check in area was dirty, the take and go breakfast included muffins which were very dry/old.

Staff where super kind/friendly. Room was gross The Staff at Extended Stay was so kind and friendly and easy going which was such a nice change compared to the every other hotel I have ever been too. The room I was in was looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for 6 months, stains everywhere in the kitchen counter that could have been easily cleaned by house keeping, debris and dust on all surfaces including the floor.
