ervice is horrible Front desk was not a happy person upon check in. Could not find my room. Said name was misspelled from hotels . Com gave me a room. TV did not work called several times no answer. Went down stairs to check. Said they would write a work ticket up. Said that does not help me then I need a different room was told she had to go thru hell and high water to get me that room. Didnt like any of it phad to change rooms 3 times because they were so dirty. Had pills on the floor blood on Walls in bathroom. Tv didnt work.

This place is run down! With this covid stuff going on you think they would have everything SPOTLESS AND CLEAN! Nope! We arrived and got our room. Staff was friendly and cool. Shoutout Jamichael. But the first room he put us in was dirty. Like it was “cleaned” but not really! So he moved us. The next room was decent but the sheets and towels were so dirty. Not so good Front desk staff was never available when you called from your room. The rooms were never serviced. You had to change your own linens. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
