Like: Close, convenient. Dislike: Bad smell of cigarettes in the hallway. Someone was smoking in the other room, which the smoke smell came into my room. I kept inhaling in while sleeping and it kept waking me up all night. Towels had hair on all of them. Some were dirty. Seems like they don't wash their towels, or at least they don't wash them well enough.

Terrible experience. Front desk was on a personal phone call and said not one word or welcomed us or even hello. Our room #306 was very dirty and requested we changed. We were moved to #318, still dirty but with the storm my 3 kids and myself could not leave. We slept in our clothes did not use any of the dirty blankets. The bathroom counter and shower were dirty. I wouldn't Extend a stay at this property. The front desk clerk at check in was more interested in the show that was playing in his computer than taking the time to be kind and welcoming. Seemed run down dark and not real safe. Elevator smelled horrible on the way to my 3rd floor room. The hallway on the floor had vacuum and full trash bag not stored away, kinda smelled nasty. What we liked was the availability of shopping and restaurants that were in the area. And it was close to the interstate which made traveling easier. The complaints we had were more so for the room and the service. The refrigerator did not have a knob to control the temperature and when we advised the front desk about it, they gave us an option of them finding another knob from another room or changing rooms. Terrible service. Room provided was not prepared for new guest. Had to request for change of room twice. Found plenty hair on bed!. Property not staffed by experienced staff. Staff could not provide me receipt during check out because they did not know how to print. I was charged twice even though I already paid through orbitz.

Although the room was clean: 1. one window was opened and couldn't be shut 2. bathroom door made all sorts of noise 3. lighting near bed did not work 4. often not coffee in the morning and all food was plastic wrapped 5. Hall carpeting dirty 6 one chair is room for double occupancy. Asked for one and never got it.

Worst stay The room was not cleaned properly, there was no dishes in the room, and the refrigerator made a horrible noise. When we checked in the guy didn’t tell us that we had to ask for them he also said that if we needed anything to call the front desk but there was nothing in the room that said what the number was to call the front desk.
