Smelled like stale smoke Room was not clean Family decided not to stay and drive four hours home at night

Run down, no coffee or breakfast foods left at 0800 , staff didn't care!

Did not like lumpy pillows, dirty, trash can not emptied from last client, smoke detector hanging by wires from ceiling.

The impression we got when we walked up to the lobby doors was already Disappointing. There was garbage and cigarette buds all over. The presence was just very messy and not clean. The dryer was going on so loud and was broken which it seem like it was going to break. Out room was gross, the bed had like blood stain and hair on it, so we knew they didn’t change the sheets. The initial staff memver who was checking me in was very friendly and professional! However the other yahoos behind the desk were unnecessarily trying to either over shadow this poor lady or press their need for control and leadership on you. It was horrible. However the hallways and stairways are absolutely disgusting! I seriously didnt even wanna walk down the stairs because thwy were so gross
There was trash all over the parking lot. The stairs were filthy and stairwells had trash.

There was garbage all over the parking lot. I was going to a concert and check in was at 3 and wanted to get going, but at 4 my room still wasn't ready.

Not even worth $50 a night Dirty, bare bones hotel, two small towels, sheets are stained, no ice bucket or cups in the rooms, took us 20 minutes to find the parking lot entrance
