Horror in Nashville Initially, I booked two rooms at this hotel because it offered connecting rooms. Upon arrival, the front desk agent was unsure that the offered this. He proceeded to call his manager. She did not respond for over 30 minutes. He said they would be sure to take of the issue. He immediately started assisting other guests. As soon as I arrived to check in I was told to wait outside in the cold for 30 minutes. There was another customer being helped in which it took so long. The employee was severely rude and pretty much yelled at me to stay outside. You should never speak to a paying customer like this. I will never stay here again.

Got room smell was really bad so we requested another room and same smell was bad. The stairwell had trash in it and just gross floors

Avoid ESA Suites at Nashville near the airport I would not stay here again. This is a run down, old place that needs a major upgrade. On top of that, close-by parking was very limited. I am 80 years old and I asked for a first floor unit and I was there early (by 5 pm). I was summarily given a room on the second floor with no elevator in sight and no apology offered. It was very noisy until after 9:30 pm. The "grab & go" breakfast was a joke. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. My rate was $135.
