Ok but will not choose to stay at again… Cockroach on floor and bugs around the room. Sticky floor. Staff was nice and helped with my very late check in.

Flop House-Stay Away We had never stayed at Extended Stay before, but it was the only place that had one night availability under $200/night. From now on, we will pay more to get quality. This place is a flop house, complete with roaches! I did inspect the bed and didn’t find traces of bed bugs (thank heavens). Do not waste your money!

Horrible Bed bugs!!!!

Airport location good but room had cannabis odor and checking in after 10pm I felt I was interrupting night shift worker

Not Trustworthy Requested late check in after hours, called in advance to see if the office would be open. They assured me it would be open, but when I arrived the office was closed and no one answered the phone to check me in. So i was left without a room at 1 in the morning because of someones incompetence.

We were guaranteed a room that wasn’t available Me and my husband have been staying at this property for a little over a month and have already had previous issues involving incomplete transactions and it seems like incompetence on behalf of staff. Those issues were in end resolved but not without data on days of struggle,confusion, misleading, and just being run in circles until finally after money,time,and more wasted those issues were half axsed to the point where I wonder if it all was really worth it.
