Completely Unimpressed I made and paid for a reservation. When we got there, the desk person was very rude and we were told there were no rooms. He literally shrugged his shoulders and walked away.

The office smelled of burnt weed. Our bed had dead bugs in it and had bugs crawling on the ceiling. Then the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life!!!

Horror in Nashville Initially, I booked two rooms at this hotel because it offered connecting rooms. Upon arrival, the front desk agent was unsure that the offered this. He proceeded to call his manager. She did not respond for over 30 minutes. He said they would be sure to take of the issue. He immediately started assisting other guests. As soon as I arrived to check in I was told to wait outside in the cold for 30 minutes. There was another customer being helped in which it took so long. The employee was severely rude and pretty much yelled at me to stay outside. You should never speak to a paying customer like this. I will never stay here again.
