The hotel room had a very strong smell in the room. The carpet had large dark spots throughout. Whe we pulled back the sheets to check the bed, the sheets were dirty & wrinkled. It looked like someone had just slept in the bed. We went back the office & checked out. We were refused a refund. The clerk stated, we paid thru Hotels.com so they would have to refund our money. The trash cans hadn’t been emptied when we arrived. The sink and bathtub didn’t drain.

Never Never Never again Entered first room and the toilet was clogged. Full of stool and awful odor. Demanded another room. Bed hadn't been changed. Body hair all over the comforter and sheets. Called front desk. Half hour goes by...had to go to the front desk and ask that the sheet be changed. That took another 20 mins. 125.00 for this room. Asked for a discount and was refused. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting. I was eaten alive by bedbugs! turned down the bed only to find a dirty sock in my bed, another dirty sock behind nightstand. Upon walking in the room it smelled like it had been sprayed by a skunk from the marajuana smoked in iy evrn tho I asked for non smoking room. Bathrub hadnt been scrubbed for a while and refrugerator looked like it came out of a back alley. it was absolutely disgusting and I took photos of everything. it was obvious to me that this was a room for the housekeepers to smoke and dri... read more

The staff was rude and terrible room overall During my husband and I first night, there was ants in the bed. The staff did "NOTHING" to accommodate us!! Their only solution was to provide us with bug spray so we can get rid of the ants😡

First room they have us had an unmade bed. At front desk upon check in said we owed more than were told on hotels.com website. I wouldn't pay the extra. Tried to tell us we had a balance when we checked out. Still wouldn't pay it So they they then just charged our credit card after we left. Will never stay at any of these hotels ever again. They were terrible. Filthy carpet and refrigerator in room.

Older facility, showing a lot of wear. Odor in the room. No daily cleaning of the rooms. The "breakfast" is coffee and a granola bar. The facility is in a good location with access to the interstate and decent restaurants.

Staff were pleasant but room was a huge disappointment. Several lights did not work. Room had an unpleasant odor. Sheets smelled of smoke. Shower curtain was mildewed along entire bottom of it. Fan on AC did not work. Stink bug was flying around when we walked in. Bedding was wrinkled when we walked in - did not look freshly made up.

I booked this hotel because it was cost effective. But I got what I paid for. Room smelled, overall facility was dirty. Wouldn't ever stay there again.
