I reserved a room with king bed, when I got there at 6:00 PM I was told there were no king beds left and my wife and would need to sleep on a queen. I am 6'5" tall and was not happy at all. Rooms generally suck at this place. We will never stay at an Extended Stay America again. They did refund me $12.00 for me inconvenience though.

There was other people’s hair in the bed and the shower. The bathroom was nasty.

Plugs don’t work. Light in hood over stove don’t work. 1 of cook stove burner don’t work. Dirty. Furniture poor condition.
