I didn't like the place at all. Smelled, not well maintained and I didn't feel safe. I requested a refund and cancelled the reservation.
This property was dirty, trash all along the walkway to my room, the carpet was filthy. The A/C was blowing but the room never got below 75 degrees... very warm!

Overall disgusting There was no toilet paper on roll or anywhere in room. There was mold on shower curtain and all vents. The AC was as loud as a truck driving through the room. There were such disgusting stains in the carpet I would not walk barefoot in the room. There was not one single dish or utensil or paper towel or napkin. Nothing that indicated this hotel was intended for lengthy stats.

Price was attractive in local market. Location was excellent. Easy parking in nice neighborhood. Clean bedding. Towels appeared clean. Inexperienced, well-meaning person (he was pleasant when bring toilet paper) at front desk, needing to check out problems with a supervisor (unseen).. He at first had the wrong price for the reserved room (I wend to car to bring a copy of my reservation.) Would not recommend. Overall nice area but carpet was very dirty and beds were singles not doubles.

Extended Disaster America Arrived at 10pm after driving 12 hours across country. Sent to a room that had another guest in it. Had reserved a room with 2 queens a month ago. Was told none were available. Daughter had to sleep on a roll out. Told we were getting comped. Then revoked told it was an issue for our third party booking group. Condition of hotel was unkempt, dirty and our unit smelled, broken tub and rust covered refrigerator. Talked to corporate and still awaiting a reply 3 days later. Do not stay here!
Disappointed The room was un-clean. Nightstand had never been wiped down where some sticky drink had sat there. The bathroom was not clean, the kitchen area did not look clean). This room would be fine for $ 20.00 a night. I did not feel clean, did not feel safe and my room was on the 3rd floor. After arriving at midnight, had to drag my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs (gravel, dirt, bird droppings) and was really grossed out. I checked out the very next morning (was supposed to stay 3 nights).
