They hotel desk was amazing. I wasn't able to get to the hotel until after 12am. and they made me feel that it was no problem. The floors of the rooms were awful. They were both dusty and dirty. This was my first hotel stay in years that there was no coffee maker. The drainage in the tub was ankle deep. The shower was either imposible to figure out or broken. The toilet has poop on it.

Room problem Made my reservation online called and let them know I would be there around 9 or 10 that night got there at 9:30 and got there and they had canceled my reservation because they rented out my room. So didn't have room for me so sent me across the street to another American stay hotels who had to try and get me a room. Lady at second hotel was very nice and was trying to help. Room floor was sticky.

I had to wait over an hour for checking in even thou i booked room few days prior to arrival

Nasty There appeared to be dog pee stains all over the carpet - very unclean, and the air conditioner did not cool that well and it was extremely loud. There was no ventilation of air throughout the space so the bathroom was warm. For an extended stay, you would think there would be a coffee pot in the kitchen but there was none. No clock in the room and only 23 channels on the tube.

Horrible!!!!Do Not stay here!!! Rude staff, dirty bldg, they dont clean room regular basis, no elevator, dirty stairs and hallway , no ice machine ,no real breakfast, they give you snacks as a breakfast

Unhappy campers😞 Room was supposed to be non-smoking but had a very heavy smokey smell. The exterior was filthy. The linen was stained. There was no iron nor ironing board. The staff frequently enjoyed congregating in the parking lot to smoke. To boot, the designated smoking section is much closer to the building than the 100 feet requirement. After our 12 hour trip to Nashville, we were too tired to complain upon arrival. However, the next morning we checked out a day early and moved to a nearby hotel.

My room was dirty shower was broken no toliet paper in room the chairs were filthy so were the coberts. I went to conplain when i was talking to the girl at the desk the phone rang she ignored me and talked on the phone.
