Worse stay ever & still charged a high rate! My room was beyond filthy. The tub was clogged. I had to buy my own disinfecting and cleaning supplies along with a broom. The 3rd shift reception employee was beyond rude and disrespectful to the point where I was asking for another key card and had to wait 2hrs outside of my room because he refused to help me let alone the late check-in that came in. Asked for a lightbulb to be replaced as it was out no response also had to stay an extra day asked for clean towels as the refrigerator leaked and we used one to stop the leak no response dingy environment

I asked for a dofferent room first night people were living in this hotel and making alot of noise!Then someone tried to ooen our door middle of the night!!

House of Horror Absolutely a total nightmare!!! Filthy poor management, our shower did not work we had to book another hotel to shower. Absolutely the worst place to stay.
