The room wasn’t very clean, there was hair in the bed of BOTH the rooms I purchased, there were ants in the bed of one, the “continental breakfast” that was supposed to be included wasn’t stocked, they tried to put me and my 5 kids in different rooms then proceeded to tell me they overbooked the hotel, then fixed the problem but gave me horrible rooms that were not very clean there were also marks on the sheets. The hotel was overbooked when we arrived after midnight. We were given no room, and the hotel staff were unhelpful.

My reservation was a prepaid for my four nights stay at Extended stay America- Nashville-Brentwood. But still the property management charged me two times on my card , which was given for incidental purpose. I stayed for three nights and checked out. Moved to different motel for the fourth night as the bath tub wasn't draining and I was having a difficult time in taking a shower. Management didn't took care of the issue even it was report. On the first day of the stay I was happy but when it was to end it was a disaster.

Two nights at Brentwood, TN. Clerk at the front desk was less than friendly, just short of civil. Very Curt when she informed us we were too early to check in. Attitude didn't improve we returned at the appropriate time. Then after waiting for 2 hours, the room we received wasn't cleaned yet. This wasn't discovered until we opened the door. 😏 Heater didnt work in the room and nobody came to fix it and they didnt have another room to give us. We had to sleep in the very cold room
