You get what you pay for. Things were just not as clean as we like. Have never stayed in one of these before and won't again . The office folks were nice and friendly.
Stay at Extended America- Brentwood, TN I was disappointed to note that the hotel where I had pre-booked online had given rooms to other customers due to improper management of bookings and hence ended up not getting a room. We were further told we could take up a room in another branch of Extended America nearby at the current rate which never made sense as the prices were 3 times more than the original. Bad Not a good stay
Hotel is very smelly, furniture and kitchen equipments are unkept. TV remote has white crusting on it- not sure if it’s bodily fluids. Overall, terrible room.
The chairs in the room were soiled. Put towels on them in order to sit. The bathroom door did not close properly. The drawers in the dresser could not be shut.
When we arrived in the room we found 6 large bugs. Five of them we believe were stink bugs and the last was some type of beetle. Later we found another smashed on the wall. The next day when we returned to the room we found that we had no water. We had a wedding to go to so we had to go get another room to get ready in.
Do not wast your time at Any extended stay hotel. The room was very nasty and the bathroom was nasty. There was Bed Bugs, spiders, and other bugs. No spoons, pots, plates, nothing in the room. There was no complimentary breakfeast. This is a crack hotel. No one in there right mine would not stay in this hotel. Stay away.
Bad This place does not even have an ice machine. The outside stairwell smelled of cat urine. I would never go back.
