Very dissapointed.It is aged. Floors and carpets dirty at edges. Grab and go breakfast .so sad. Lotts of grits, no butter salt or pepper. No oatmeal. No juices or fresh friuts or yogurts. Granola bars and small muffens. Price was right. Good location right off freeway. Restaurants and car wash near by. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Won't ever stay here again. The brown blanket was covered in hair. I took it off my bed because of it. There was hair under the pillows as well. Just nasty. Their was pubic hair on the toilet and the toilet was almost inoperable. I would have to flush it 4-5 times to get everything to flush. The room smelled like smoke. Extended stay is usually for people who are going to spend a decent amount of time there so the least the hotel can do is get an elevator.

The room was clean service was fine but the area was Scary and somebody had just had their car stolen if that tells u anything.

Filth & scum...who's in? Rm #238 - Brentwood South, TN. Stayed 10/23/18 - so pitifully disgusting, I left after 1st night. Have had good experience with Extended around country. From grease & grime on refrigerator, to dirty and wet towels, a lone ant in bedsheet, missing mounted smoke detector to grungy bathtub and garbage/condom behind dresser ( pulled away from wall as I entered room). Dysfunctional front desk. Felt I was being "punked" or paid back for the good times. Contacted corporate via website next day with no reply... read more

Terrible experience; maybe the worst for me. Came to this hotel to find a place a clean place to sleep. I did not have an expectation of a Hilton or holiday inn; just a place to get a good nights sleep. I originally planned to stay 3 nights. I barely got past the first. First room given to me had maintenance issues; with towels and tools laid out in the bathroom. Went back to front desk, got another room. Room smelled very strongly of smoke, there were very loud noises constantly, and the staff told my travel agent that I never checked out when I handed in my keys at 9am.
