The hotel at 9020 Church St. is not clean at all. Killed a crawly the first night second night killed two....checked out next day,,,,disgusted. I moved across the street to Extended Stay 9025 Church St.....it was much better....full kitchen...we enjoyed the rest of our week across the street.

Nasty room, found bugs in bed

Dirty but cheap Cat food spilled out in cabinets stove inop one burner unvacumned dirty dresser drawers broken and collapsed inop

Stay away form this place if you want privacy in your room. The cleaning lady open the door to my room "twice" while me and my lady where in bed. I called the desk after the second time and rather than receiving an apology, I receive an excuse about the cleaning lady checking the room. These people are totally unprofessional and shouldn't be in the service business. The headboard also had some kind of splatter on it and brunette hair in the bed that was not mine of my lady's. An unclean and unpleasant experience for me.

I would like a full refund. We did not stay there due to cabinet drawers falling off, tv being static, and dried contact and dead bugs in corner of room

All of the rooms smelled like smoke, even though it was a ‘smoke free’ hotel. Very dirty. Will not be back

Stay Away! Non-smoking property, yet cigarette butts everywhere! Huge gap under the door to outside (not a hallway). Filth under beds and nightstand (we had to move it to retrieve something we dropped). Refridgerator missing handle, you can see the insulation in the door. Dressers falling apart and dirty inside. Air unit littered with dead bugs and dirt. Shower stained, the drain is unattached and sitting on the ledge. Sink VERY slow to drain.
