Overbooked rooms. My room had a large water leak in bathroom/kitchen and no other rooms available. Bathroom countertops were falling down

Location was good overall with proximity to downtown Nashville however facility condition and cleanliness was very poor.

Very nice and friendly staff, and the room was clean. Just very old, worn out, and cheap quality, not worth the money, although it was cheaper than most of the nearby places. Perhaps that is the market for the area. .

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Horrible! I will NEVER book thru Hotels.com again. 2 times, both nightmares. Chewing gum on headboard, terrible customer service, got charged for a king and had a double bed.

Horrible hotel We had to check out because the two rooms we had had bed bugs and once we asked the front desk for help all they said they could do was give us a bug spray that might kill them.

Never Again Our nonsmoking room was so smoke filled it made our clothes and hair stink! We woke up at night unable to breath from the dense nicotine and marijuana odor. The grounds were covered in beer bottles and cigarettes. When we complained to management, they told us they were “aware and taking care of the pot smoking today.” But our second night there was unchanged.
