Mirror was so dirty you could barely see reflection. Bath tub had a dark ring all the way around it. Had to clean dried body was off to shower. Lady at desk was great

Save Yoursef Stress - don’t stay here!! Lobby is very hard to find. None of the electrical outlets kept a plug in them. I had to push furniture against the plug to keep my phone plugged into the wall. There was a trash can under the kitchen sink, which was collecting the water that was leaking from the pipes. No alarm clock. The TV didn’t work. The “continental breakfast” was granola bars and coffee. Rude, in accommodating staff. Overall a very negative experience.

You get what you pay for. Things were just not as clean as we like. Have never stayed in one of these before and won't again . The office folks were nice and friendly.

Stay at Extended America- Brentwood, TN I was disappointed to note that the hotel where I had pre-booked online had given rooms to other customers due to improper management of bookings and hence ended up not getting a room. We were further told we could take up a room in another branch of Extended America nearby at the current rate which never made sense as the prices were 3 times more than the original. Hotel is very smelly, furniture and kitchen equipments are unkept. TV remote has white crusting on it- not sure if it’s bodily fluids. Overall, terrible room.

The chairs in the room were soiled. Put towels on them in order to sit. The bathroom door did not close properly. The drawers in the dresser could not be shut.

When we arrived in the room we found 6 large bugs. Five of them we believe were stink bugs and the last was some type of beetle. Later we found another smashed on the wall. The next day when we returned to the room we found that we had no water. We had a wedding to go to so we had to go get another room to get ready in.
