No linens, windows stuck open When I entered the room there were no sheets or blanket on the bed, no towels and I was told by front desk there were none available. I had to shower and air dry and sleep on a bare mattress. There were 2 dead roaches squooshed in a napkin on the counter, and the windows were stuck open all night. Nasty hotel. Ring around the already dirty tub. Hairs on sink and towels. Tub drain was faulty.

Bad stay So... There was a cockroach upon entering my room. The bathroom was very poorly cleaned (hair), had one soup for the sink (none for the shower), and no hair dryer. On top of the laughable state of the bathroom, there was no hot water (luke warm at best). We tried and failed for hours to connect to WiFi, we called the service number and was sentensed to listening to waiting music for a total of 2 hours until finally we got through to a person, and the line proceeded to immediately disconnect. Horrible and Filthy I was moved 3 times because the rooms were filthy. One room had stains on carpet. Floor was sticky and feces on the toilet seat with particles floating in the toilet. The second room had stains on the floor-walls by kitchen and per and toilet paper in the toilet. The satelite was not working they had no clue when it would be repaired & did not seem to have any urgency regarding the matter.

Something is always broken... Found a dead roach in the room. Always a problem at that hotel. Last time a pipe broke and there was no running water for several hours. This time there was a problem with their cable provider, and guests could only watch local stations.
