The front desk staff was friendly and tried to help fix the issues. The bed sheet and blanket had burn holes in them. The front desk clerk did bring us new sheets. The stove area in the room was dirty, as was the area under the sink in the bathroom. The hotel was completely booked so we could not switch rooms.

The young lady who checked us in was fantastic. She said that the room we requested was unavailable and she walked us through the options till we were satisfied. On our way to our room, we noticed the condition of the facility was poor. Rugs were filthy, doors and door knobs in disrepair, and an musty, moldy odor was dominant. Not a well maintained property. Halls are dark and smell of smoke. Room was not completely awful but not well cleaned, especially the bathroom. Noisy - I think there must be some people being put up here by the gov’t.

What a DUMP! Made reservation months in advance. Didn't have my room ready for me. Reception was no where to found at first arrival. Traveled 3hrs with 3 month old and after a 15minute wait for someone to speak to, the lady was one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with. Blaming it on the morning crew and couldn't care less about not having my original reservation. Just a terrible experience.
