Good staff on duty, but other problems exist Be a little wary. The floor was dirty to the point we noticed the dirt right away on our bare feet. There were supposed to be ice trays in the refrigerator, but there were none. The roll of toilet paper hanging in the bathroom had some unidentifiable gunk on it, so we threw the entire thing away. Not worth the price. The bed sheets and bed skirts were dirty. Floor had dirty spill marks. Top of the bath is not renovated. Not recommended

Our non smoking room and bedding reaked with cigarette smoke. I couldn’t sleep and coughed during the night because of the air quality. The entrance was very smoky too and not very inviting. Brandi checked us in and was very nice tho!

I did not stay at this property because of terrible condition. Checked 5 rooms each one was dirty.

Only one elevator that didn’t work very well. There was one other but was out of order the 20 days we were there. They have a nice setup for laundry but many machines didn’t work. Some marked some just took your money. TV didn’t work in our room. After 3 days they had us move to another room instead of fixing the tv or getting us a new one. We came here for a football tournament so it was a few parents from the team that stayed here and it was just a terrible experience for us all. My room there was dog hair everywhere.. The pullout bed had dog hair in between the creases And when i pulled the bed out the springs were broken so half the bed was on the floor. All pillows did not have pillow cases on them.
