Extremely poor service and dirty rooms with no amenities. Not even TOWELS available!!

the hotel smelled of cigarettes and other things all through out the inside . the bath tub and shower had mold and we could not use it. the head boards on the bed were dirty and ripped. One of our mattresses was flipped upside down. we could not sleep because the smell of cigarettes was so strong. The paint around the window was peeling and moldy there was holes in the ceiling in the hall ways. We stayed there 2 nights and will never return.

Bad We checked out 10 minutes after we checked in. The room was dirty and the sofa bed was horrible (dirty and brokken). We spoke to the guy at the front desk, he was nice, but couldn’t do anything for us.

I want a refund, my room had roaches. The entire first floor smelled like dog feces and marijuana. This is by the nastiest place I have ever stayed in my life. It is a travesty that this is even an option on Expedia

The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and moldy leftovers. We took our luggage with us each time we left the property, so our clean clothes wouldn't smell like smoke each day.
