When I checked, and I mentioned that I was from South Carolina, and the clerk said that she had been to Charleston and for some reason, thought they need to tell me that she took her friend down to have breast augmentation. There was no privacy door hanger. I didn’t realize that this place houses indigents, so was surprised to see people sitting on the curb outside, and others who were obviously using it for temp housing. If only I knew about the kitchen kit I wasn't so Happy to find that there were no utensils plates cups pans or anything in my suite which had a full refrigerator stove top sink microwave. After a day and a half of being there I finally found this cardboard cut out that said, you can have your customized kitchen just contact the front desk. My question is why didn't they tell me that when I checked in, why didn't they ask if I wanted to have the pans the plates the dishes when I would checked in because I would have said yes.... read more

The man at the front desk was so nice and went out of his way to help us. The hotel was dingy, dirty and we wouldn’t stay there. We left as soon as we got to our room.

Stay Somewhere Else Very dirty and old. Breakfast was an individually wrapped muffin and not actual breakfast as was advertised. Will never stay there again.

My stay was horrible. Room was not clean light didn’t work and in the tub, towels and on the toilet was hair everywhere. Whoever stayed before me their food and drinks was left in the fridge. I’m upset I even paid for this room. Straight disgusting! Oh forgot and it smelled like smoke in my room and weed in the hallways. Never again will I stay here!

Not what I was expecting. This hotel was not what I was expecting at all. The hotel advertised “NonSmoking” but the entire hotel smells like an ashtray. I’m addition to the burn holes in the linen, and floors. There were roaches crawling on the wall. The tub leaked non stop, and had a dark hard water stain. When I went to use the pull out mattress there was no linen, there was crumbs all inside the mattress. It just was not what I was expecting at all. Only thing positive about this hotel is location.
