The building wreaked of smoke the detector in the lobby was going off during check in. My room smelled as well and my face towel was not clean

I’m very upset because you have a very rude front desk attendant in the morning who when I asked her why there was no coffee at 8 AM proceeded to tell me that because she’s eight months pregnant. She can’t carry two coffee pots in the night time attendant it’s his fault that he didn’t put out more than one. This is not right I paid for this room specifically because I knew I’d get free coffee in the morning and a little bit of breakfast. I wasn’t expecting gourmet but just coffee would’ve been nice. Property is very worn. Staff are ok, but one staff member sat on the desk in the corner and worked from there everyday. One staff member folded laundry at the front desk while FaceTiming with someone. One exit door was broken and the stairwell smelled of mold or pet. Hallways were kept at 77 degrees and just absorbed the cooking smells from every room. Only one elevator worked. Not sure I call mini muffins and granola bars a breakfast. I think my microwave was close to blowing up. Couldn’t get any hot water out of any faucet... read more

Double booked room type and downgraded me without changing rate. Took longer than usual to check in.
