The property was filthy. Part of the reason I chose the property was their pledge for Covid maintenance and cleanliness. Although my room had fresh linens, nothing else was cleaned, dried toothpaste on bathroom counter, nothing was vacuumed and my dog was eating pistachio shells left on the floor. Disappointing No sheets or blankets or pillows were in the room for the pull out couch. When we went to get some, there were only sheets, no pillows or blankets. The pull out couch mattress was in terrible condition.

Tv was broke my entire stay management was very rude The room had a odor it wasn't a bad one but it didn't have that clean smell to it

We rented a non smoking room and received a room that was smoking. We are not smokers and did not want a smoking room. We were told there wants not another room of the type we rented. The room was old and worn. The tv did not work, The hairdryer did not work and several outlets did not work. When I requested kitchen items the gave me one of each utensil and plate; there were two of us. We have stayed in extended stays multiple times for the convenience of the kitchen and have always had a good experience; not this time.

Staff was rude it took almost an hour to check in tv didn't work it had no signal my entire stay

Incredibly dated and run down facility. The kind of place where you don’t wanna touch anything even though you’re staying there.

Room was dirty, I found trash under the couch. The matress on the pull out couch had blood stains. The lady at front desk said she was going to bring me sheets and blanket for pull out bed but didn’t.
