There was baby roaches around my room and it started off with one on my pillow, and my sister found more in the bathtub. It was very noisy! I was on the first floor and it sounded like there was someone running all night.

Decent First room smelled like straight up pee so I requested another room. Room was decent but the front desk was overwhelmed so couldn’t get an extra pillow. Lots of parking

Our bed was not made there were no towels, the bathroom toilet was not flush from the last guest who was there

My room is dirty. I’m missing a pillow case. Hairs on my bed. Missing a trash can. Remote doesn’t work. Floor is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. Blinds are dirty. Floor is sticky.

I was showering & someone tried opening my door twice! Went to bed & pulled covers back & the sheets were filthy dirty with hair everywhere! Not thrilled to say the least
